As a Software Delivery Lead, you will manage product development environment(s) for AirGap Clients using the latest tools and working practices.
You are responsible for:
- Ensuring software is delivered in an agile environment ensuring high levels of quality thus maximising the value of the product(s) created by the development team.
- Contributing to the delivery of our Clients roadmap alongside the CTO
- Project Management
- Management Reports
- Working in an agile collaborative environment your duties include:
- managing the Scrum Team workload and priorities
- developing leading edge solutions
- providing vision and direction to the scrum team(s), working with teams across multiple disciplines
- assisting in requirement gathering & definition ensuring the requirements are fully understood by the Scrum Team
- Customer liaison
- liaison with Product Owners, Development Managers and Technical Architects.
- scheduling releases in conjunction with the DevOps Team
- co-ordinating sprints from:
- user story review and estimation
- sprint planning and prioritisation in conjunction with the Senior Business Analyst and Product Owner(s) in line with your sprint velocity calculations
- sprint retrospectives
- continuous improvement

Experience and Person Profile
Skills/ Experience
Essential:
- Scrum Master Qualification or business experience equivalent of 2-3 years
- Project Management qualification or business experience equivalent of 2-3
- Proven track record of delivering solutions with a customer first mindset, where usability and simplicity was prioritised for customers
- Established background in launching software in partnership with engineering teams and a high degree of proficiency in prototyping, iterative development, understanding of Agile principles
- Experience in successfully driving end-to-end delivery of data and intelligence solutions including a wide variety of mechanisms e.g. dashboards, API’s real time alerts etc.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks effectively
- Innovative and able to engage, influence and inspire partners and stakeholders to drive collaboration and alignment
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Team player with good collaboration skills
- Open-minded and willing to learn
- Managing teams across multiple disciplines and time zones
Desirable:
- Certified Scrum Master
- User experience principles
- An interest in Product and App trends and keeping up to date with Scrum Best Practices
- Experience with DevOps or other agile tools

Package Details:
Salary: (Depending on experience)
Annual Leave: 25 days plus Bank Holidays
3% Pension (after probationary period)
